
Turmeric Latte
If you’ve read all about the health benefits of turmeric, you’re probably looking for ways to add it to your diet.
If you want an easy way to get your turmeric in the morning, try this wonderful Turmeric Latte, which is an amazing way to get the health benefits of turmeric hot or iced!
You’ll need
- Milk or your favorite milk substitute (1 1/2 cups)
- Turmeric Powder to taste (1/4 teaspoon)
- Cinnamon to taste (1/4 teaspoon)
- Vanilla Extract (½ teaspoon)
- Just a bit of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and warm over medium-low heat to the desired temperature. Whisk the ingredients together or alternatively use an immersion blender or milk frother. Once the mixture is uniform, pour into a warm mug and sprinkle with another dash of cinnamon and turmeric to get that Instagram worthy look and enjoy!
If you’re looking for a cold version, just place all of the ingredients in a cup and add ice! You can even add a bit of turmeric to your cold foam topping to add a bit of extra orange foam on top too.
